At Rose and Bloom Jewellery, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Shipping, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

 

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us at roseandbloomjewellery@gmail.com, and we will try our best to resolve it. 

(For hygiene reasons though, we regret that we cannot accept the exchange of earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights.)

Returns


You may return incorrect orders or faulty items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not provide paid shipping on returns.
Our policy lasts for 14 days, if you have any queries regarding this, please contact us. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or the incorrect item has been issued.
To return any items from an order, please email roseandbloomjewellery@gmail.com to organise your return.

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at roseandbloomjewellery@gmail.com.

Exchanges


Please note for hygiene reasons there is strictly no exchange or refund on earrings and no exchange or refund will be given on any items worn. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email outlining you issue at roseandbloomjewellery@gmail.com


We are not responsible for lost returned packages, and recommend you insure and track your package by registered post.

Shipping of Orders


At Rose and Bloom Jewellery, we don’t know what a day off means so we are prepping orders every day.
We offer two types of shipping: Standard & Tracked.

Irish Shipping:


Standard Shipping*: €3 Untracked Postage via An Post : 4- 7 working business days (once dispatched).

*Please note that if you select this option, Rose and Bloom Jewellery is not responsible for any items that are lost.
Tracked Shipping: €8 Tracked Postage via An Post : 1 - 3 Business Days (once dispatched).

 

UK and International Shipping:

Standard Untracked: €5

Tracked shipping: €14

​

We are not responsible for parcels that go missing if Standard, untracked shipping is selected but we advise if your order has not arrived to check your local postal depot as it may be waiting for you there.

Most orders will be sent out the next working day after the order was made.
